Sales and Marketing Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role located in Surabaya. The specialist will be responsible for communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities including online marketing, conducting training sessions, and managing sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management experience
• Good in English
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, including online marketing
• Able to use e-commerce and social media platforms (including Amazon platform)
• Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions
• Motivated, dedicated, trustworthy, and hardworking
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of training and consulting programs offered by Cutting Edge Group is a plus
